A site survey was arranged and during that appointment, many AV options and technologies were discussed and a quotation, within budget, was created based on the scope of work required.
On installation day, each item of work was carried out exactly as per the quotation. And any tasks that were required to be done in order for the system to be tested or work successfully, not on the quotation were also completed regardless.
The team totally respected our home by taking shoes off, wearing masks (given the times we are in) and keeping the installation clean and tidy. On top of that, they managed to get a 2 day job completed successfully in a single day.
Overall, very happy with all aspects of the work completed, from site survey through to installation and invoice payments structure.
